This approach actually is the making of money simple as it sounds. “Making” means: what do I do and how much money do I get for it?We are familiar with many kinds of job types such as seller in a store, engineer, doctor, and municipal worker they all do things and get paid for it. We can see vast options for ways of doing things and getting paid for it. This is the most familiar and common way of making money. Most of us are brought up on the perception of the fact that in order to live and have money you have to work hard. That's true, though with slight difference, in order to increase you wealth you have to work in a work place or a job that not only makes money but put seeds of making money by itself. In other words, you have to work for investing and not only for getting what you paid. Only having your own business can do this, only through this mechanism you can plant seeds of investment. |
There were no distinction between investing and expenses for most of our parents and this implied on the way we brought up. Now it is time to understand the difference and make money according to it. The following diagram demonstrates how rich people use their money. It is obligatory to understand what are the financial definitions for each of the words that appears in the diagram. You can see that rich people are using there assets to produce more income, and they spend money on having more assets.
